I think these pears are just beautiful and delicious and super easy. Everyone poaches pears differently, but I think it would be impossible for them not to turn out. The chocolate sauce is simple, 2tblsp butter, 4tblsp heavy cream, tblsp corn syrup, 1 & 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate, and a pinch or two of cayenne pepper depending on how spicy you like it.

Poached Pears
I think these pears are just beautiful and delicious and super easy. Everyone poaches pears differently, but I think it would be impossible for them not to turn out.
